High-voltage needle-type composite piercing-type (non-piercing type) arc-resistant insulator

The FFLW pin-type (non-piercing) lightning protection series products are a new type of combined structure product. They are widely used in domestic and foreign power distribution lines and are suitable for 10KV overhead power lines. They have the protective function of preventing 10KV lines from being broken by lightning strikes, and are an alternative product to ordinary composite pin-type insulators.
1. It is small in size and light in weight, about 1/5 to 1/7 of the porcelain insulators of the same voltage level. It is convenient for transportation and installation.
2. The mechanical strength of the composite insulator is high, the structure is reliable, the performance is stable, and the safety margin for operation is large, providing a guarantee for the safe operation of the lines.
3. The electrical performance of the composite insulator is superior. The silicone rubber umbrella has good hydrophobicity and migration properties, good anti-pollution performance, strong anti-flashover ability, and can operate safely in heavily polluted areas without the need for manual cleaning. It can also avoid zero-value maintenance.
4. The composite insulator has acid and alkali resistance, heat aging resistance and electrical erosion resistance; it has good sealing performance and can ensure that the internal insulation does not get damp.
5. The composite insulator has good anti-fracture performance and strong shock resistance, and will not cause brittle fracture accidents.
6. The composite insulator is replaceable and can be used interchangeably with porcelain insulators.
