The Yongu Power Fittings Laboratory is a CNAS national accredited laboratory. The scope of accreditation covers nearly 80 national standards and 40 testing projects covering eight categories of power fittings. With a total area of more than 1,100 square meters, the laboratory has introduced the German SPECTRO spectrometer, X-ray digital imaging inspection system, optical image detection system, 600kN horizontal tensile testing machine, 300kN vertical tensile testing machine, and microcomputer digital automatic injection analyzer, 4000A temperature rise thermal cycle test equipment, 50kV AC high voltage test machine, metallographic microscope and other advanced testing equipment. Yongu has passed ISO 9001 quality management system, ISO 14001 environmental management system and OHSAS 18001 occupational health and safety management system certification. The products ranging from low-voltage distribution network fittings to UHV fittings are widely used in power systems, rail transit, energy and chemical, mobile communications and many other industries.
